Introduction

The Erb diaries were deposited into the Archives by
Mrs. Allen Erb, Hesston, Kansas, in 1978. Winifred Paul,
Scottdale, Pennsylvania, added a few letters in 1989, and
Kenneth E. King, Goshen, Indiana, added his essay on the Erb
diaires in 1991.
